Blood Sugar Balance is an independent publication covering blood sugar, A1C testing and the routines people adopt on their own between appointments.

We are not doctors and this site is not a substitute for medical care. What we do is read the research behind advice that is already circulating, describe what the studies actually measured, and say plainly when the evidence is thinner than the headline suggests.

How we are funded
